We are actively seeking a Water Transfer Technician at Hydroline, a Synergen company, for the Haynesville District that would be responsible for assisting with rig up and rig down projects as a CMV driver and rig up or rig down task. They will be responsible for understanding and adhering to company standards and expectations. Quality & Safety will be a focal point in all matters. Essential Functions of the position are described below:

Requirements

• Entry level
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Current safety certifications to include PEC, H2S, Forklift, First Aid/CPR preferred
• Excellent and clear communication to safely and efficiently complete job tasks with team members
• Lead by example, teach, motivate, and mentor team members, and execute daily goals
• Drive a culture where our equipment and work is organized, clean, and presentable

Nice To Haves

• Current safety certifications to include PEC, H2S, Forklift, First Aid/CPR preferred

Responsibilities

• Clamp lay flat, suction hose, discharge hoses, and assisting operators
• Perform traffic control when necessary
• Monitoring tank levels, operate pumps
• Constantly communicate with supervision on issues, changes, and specific needs for executing assigned tasks
• Ensure compliance of company policies and standards are always followed, ie: JSA’s, equipment inspections, checklist, etc.
• Ensure facility and work is executed to the highest standard while meeting the customers’ expectations and is done safely and compliantly
