As an entry-level Water Restoration Technician, you’ll gain hands-on experience while working closely with our expert team to:

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
A strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
Customer service skills and a desire to learn.
Comfort using technology like smartphones and tablets.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical conditions (attics, crawl spaces, etc.).
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of hand tools (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

Respond to emergency calls and initiate water mitigation services.
Perform water extraction, steam cleaning, demolition, and mold remediation.
Set up and monitor professional drying equipment.
Accurately document progress using job management software.
Work collaboratively with homeowners, office staff, and lead technicians to complete scheduled projects.
Maintain company standards for appearance, communication, and equipment upkeep.
