DUTIES: The Water System Design Engineer work with our internal laboratory to develop treatment processes that are included in customer proposals. This role specifically designs the process flow diagrams, creates the Bill of Materials, and P&ID drawings for our equipment projects. This position works closely with the Research & Development Chemist, Process Engineer, Engineering Manager, Electrical Engineer, Fabrication team, Estimator, and Sales resources to ensure their detailed design fulfill the obligations we have established with our customers and that they are feasible in application of the project. You will take ownership of the designs from the estimation phase through to the as-built and revisions phase. Future growth opportunities for the right candidate may include Process Engineer or Director of Engineering. Requirements

• Proficiency with AutoCAD or comparable software
• Process oriented
• Solutions focused
• Team oriented
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Multi-tasking mastery and time management
• Detail oriented
• Methodical/systematic and highly organized
• 5+ years of related or relevant experience (preferred)
• Generated schematics (required)
• Industrial or water treatment industry experience (preferred)
• Industrial process design for fabrication or manufacturing or electrical systems
• Higher education with Engineering focus such as Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
