About The Position

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs throughout the day
- Ability to push/pull carts weighing up to 1500lb
- Ability to stand on your feet for 10 hours performing physically laborious tasks with minimal breaks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Move raw materials and finished products throughout the plant
- Stock workstations and replenish supplies to ensure uninterrupted production
- Load/unload carts and visually inspect materials
- Collaborate with team members to address shortages and improve flow
- Support lean manufacturing and inventory control
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
