Requirements
- Shop course or equivalent experience is helpful.
- Forklift Certification is preferred.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Software and ERP system knowledge is desired.
- Possess organizational skills to prioritize and accomplish the continuity of work.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Locate, pull and provide specified materials, tools and/or items as needed by Assemblers.
- Inspect all materials for flaws or other defects affecting quality.
- Devise improvements in the delivery and presentation of parts.
- Facilitate Safety/5s, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) performance improvement.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in locating and delivering material.
- Interpret drawings, work orders and other production documents.
- Drive forklift as needed.
