Requirements

  • Have strong phone communication skills, ability to think on their feet in a fast paced, mulsti-tasking environment.
  • Have strong computer skills, including Access, Excel, Outlook, Word, and can learn Service Titan Software.
  • Please be able to type 40 + WPM.
  • Be capable of functioning in a rapid-paced environment and prioritizing daily responsibilities.
  • Have the ability to communicate with a diverse customer base including customers, vendors, and coworkers.
  • Must ensure customer reporting is completed with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Full Time position Requirements: Note this Position has unusual Hours while on occasion being able to make and receive calls on a company cell phone after hours. If this schedule creates any challenges for you, please do not apply.
  • Ability to pass drug & background check screen

Responsibilities

  • The position involves data entry, incentive pay tracking and assisting with a variety of office functions, including scheduling service and coordinating the installation/service calendar.
  • The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, is flexible, detail-oriented and works well independently.
  • They must also be capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Prior dispatching skills a strong plus.
