Swim Instructor / Teacher / Coach At Aqua-Tots, our Part-Time Swim Instructors are true difference-makers in a child’s life. Requirements
- Must be 16+ years old to apply.
- Fun and engaging with children and families
- Reliable and consistent (our families count on you!)
- Outgoing and positive
- Great team players
- Experienced with swimming or working with kids (both are even better!)
Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and in uniform
- Uphold the Aqua-Tots Core Values
- Teach lessons using our proven curriculum
- Engage with parents and answer questions about progression and curriculum
- Set up, clean, and maintain teaching and pool areas
- Maintain a clean, safe, and fun learning environment
- Record student progress using our Aqua Cards
- Monitor and log pool chemical levels
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including pool contamination guidelines

- Starting pay: $16.00 - $ 18.00 per hour (based on experience) (Must be 16+ years old to apply)
- Pay raises at 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, and every 6 months after that
- Part-Time hours with potential for full-time hours in 60-90 days
