Requirements

  • Candidates must have previous experience as a lifeguard or an American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA) swim coach certification for Water Safety Instructor (WSI).
  • Experience in customer service or supporting recreation programs is also required.
  • Candidates must be at least 15 years of age and must successfully pass a post-offer drug screening, and anyone over the age of 18 must successfully pass a post-offer background check.
