Requirements

Candidates must have previous experience as a lifeguard or an American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA) swim coach certification for Water Safety Instructor (WSI).
Experience in customer service or supporting recreation programs is also required.
Candidates must be at least 15 years of age and must successfully pass a post-offer drug screening, and anyone over the age of 18 must successfully pass a post-offer background check.
