Plano Parks and Recreation is looking for Water Safety Instructors. This position is responsible for planning and instructing swimming lessons in accordance with City and department policies. The Water Safety Instructor I is an entry-level classification that follows routine procedures and guidelines under basic supervision. The incumbent ensures the safety of class participants, plans and instructs swimming lessons, maintains class attendance and course records, and responds to questions regarding swim lessons. This role is essential for contributing to the success of each student and requires someone who is responsible and committed.
