We are seeking a Water Route Merchandiser to deliver bottled water, filtration units, and hydration supplies while providing exceptional customer service throughout the Louisville, KY region. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the move, solving problems on the spot, and building relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly; frequent bending, reaching, and stooping required.
• Must be at least 21 years old per DOT requirements.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Strong customer-service mindset and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and maintain an organized route schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bottled water, filtration units, hydration supplies, and related products to customer locations.
• Stock and rotate products to ensure freshness and accurate inventory at each stop.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain coolers, dispensers, and other hydration equipment.
• Collect payments when required and maintain accurate delivery and inventory records.
• Communicate with customers about new products, promotions, and service recommendations.
• Uphold route, merchandising, safety, and equipment standards set by Conti Coffee and Five Star.
• Provide strong customer service and resolve delivery or product concerns promptly.
