Responsibility & Focus : This is a serious role-you're not just ensuring safety, you're ensuring FUN, so your focus and attention to detail will be key.
Outdoor Enthusiast : You're comfortable working in all kinds of weather because that's just part of the adventure!
Stand for the Long Haul : You'll need to be on your feet for long periods of time, standing by the rides, watching closely, and making sure everything is in order.
Clear Communication : You can clearly explain safety rules and procedures to guests and team members, and you're confident in communicating in English.
Team Player : You'll work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth ride experience for all our guests.
Certified : You're required to complete a Water Safety Training and SWAFR program before starting, so you're ready for anything!

Responsibilities

Safety First : You'll follow strict safety guidelines and procedures, ensuring that guests are securely and properly dispatched on the rides and slides.
Guest Assistance : Help guests on and off the water rides-sometimes standing in the water for long periods of time-and provide assistance when needed.
Observe & Respond : Keep a sharp eye out for any safety issues, guest distress signals, or ride malfunctions and act quickly to resolve them.
Ride Cleanliness : Maintain a clean and safe environment for riders, ensuring the area around the rides is tidy and free from hazards.
Timed Operations : Dispatch guests in a timely, efficient manner so that the ride continues to flow smoothly, keeping the excitement going!
Water Safety : Successfully complete the SWAFR (Shallow Water Attendant/First Responder) training, and be ready to respond to emergencies with calm and confidence.
Guest Interaction : Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, making their day at the water park special!
Work Outdoors : Enjoy working in the sun and fresh air, rain or shine-because the show (and the slides) must go on!
