Requirements

Valid Driver's License
Clean background check
Able to pass initial and random drug test.
Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Computer literate; ability to learn and use our business software
Excellent communication skills
Customer service oriented

Responsibilities

Become proficient in the established industry standards for water damage restoration.
Explain our processes and progress to customers
Enter job notes and photos into software program
Monitor progress and record moisture readings
Communicate effectively with customers, insurance carriers, claims handlers, etc concerning scope and/or status of work.
Maintain company equipment and vehicles
Work together well with co-workers to get the jobs done right and as efficiently as possible
