About The Position

911 Restoration of Appleton – Oshkosh is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with 1–3 years of restoration or related construction trade experience. This role is responsible for managing residential and commercial water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from initial loss through completion. The ideal candidate understands restoration workflows, insurance coordination, documentation compliance, and customer communication, and is ready to grow into a leadership role within a fast-paced emergency services environment.

Requirements

1–3 years experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction project supervision
Working knowledge of water, fire, and mold remediation processes with IICRC Cert.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in emergency response situations (after-hours rotation)

Nice To Haves

Active IICRC certifications
Experience working with insurance claims
Experience using CRM/project management systems
OSHA 10 or 30 certification

Responsibilities

Manage mitigation and remediation projects from intake to final documentation
Conduct site inspections, moisture mapping, and scope development
Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and vendors
Communicate with property owners, insurance adjusters, and third-party administrators
Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and OSHA regulations
Maintain accurate documentation in JobSight and Encircle
Monitor budgets, timelines, and project profitability
Provide leadership and mentorship to field technicians
