About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Water Restoration Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our residential water restoration and cleaning teams. The ideal candidate has strong experience in residential water restoration and team leadership, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role, requiring the manager to step into the field when needed to support restoration or cleaning jobs and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Residential experience in water mitigation, restoration, or cleaning
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in residential water restoration and cleaning operations
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment while managing multiple projects

Nice To Haves

  • IICRC certifications preferred:
  • WRT (Water Restoration Technician)
  • OSHA 30 preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for residential water restoration and cleaning teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards
  • Manage schedules and coordinate teams for efficient execution of restoration and cleaning services
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets industry standards and internal protocols
  • Perform field work as needed to support teams, maintain quality, and provide hands-on leadership
  • Train and develop team members on techniques, safety procedures, and proper equipment usage
  • Maintain OSHA compliance, safety documentation, and training records
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring clear communication and high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with leadership to set operational goals, drive revenue growth, and monitor KPIs
  • Assist in developing and improving procedures to enhance efficiency and service delivery
  • Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies to ensure readiness and proper maintenance
  • Oversee reporting and documentation for all restoration and cleaning projects, including work orders, client notes, and billing records
