About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Water Restoration Lead Technician with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in water mitigation, restoration, or construction. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, capable of managing mitigation projects from start to finish in both residential and commercial settings. Emergency/on-call availability is required as part of a rotating schedule.
