We're looking for a Restoration Field Supervisor to join our fast growing team in Alexandria, VA!

Requirements

• 5+ years of restoration field experience
• Proficiency in project scoping
• Experience with large loss scoping
• Advanced knowledge of the IICRC standard
• WRT and AMRT certifications (ASD preferred)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for helping to manage, train, and lead a team of technicians and crew chiefs.
• Responsible for making sure all required documentation from the field is completed and correct.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Helping to maximize payments from insurance companies
