What you’ll be challenged to do: The successful candidate shall have a minimum of 8+ years of progressive design and task management experience in water resources and drainage on transportation and public projects. Experience should consist of overseeing and development of planning, design, and management of water resources-related design projects including storm water management, storm drain, erosion and sediment control, NPDES stormwater retrofits, Low Impact Development, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, stream restoration, county and state permitting, and construction phase services. The candidate should also possess good technical, leadership, managerial, and communication skills. The candidate should have existing client relationships and possess the ability to make decisions regarding project development. Additionally, they should be able to motivate junior design staff, working well in a team environment. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management and execution of assigned projects, lead and support for business development opportunities and financial management of projects.
