About The Position
A growing and innovative engineering firm is looking to add a Senior Water Resources Project Manager for their Indianapolis team!
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 8+ years of experience working with municipal clients
- PE License
- Experience in planning, consulting, design, and construction services (including water and wastewater planning/design)
- Project and staff development experience
- Business development experience (writing proposals, scopes of work, budgets)
- Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in civil engineering preferred
- Proficient in stormwater design preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical resource for projects/proposals
- Prepare a design with the appropriate level of detail to minimize company risk
- Coordinate project team (internal and external)
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Assist with business development
