In the role of Water Resources Engineer, we'll count on you to: Perform project and task-level management activities, as well as project engineering working on the application of various engineering studies, and design in the development and analysis of projects related to water resources, water supply planning, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling. Development of 1D/2D hydrologic and hydraulic models to assess project impacts to floodplains Development of dam and levee breach modeling Conduct analyses to develop alternatives, design options, or recommendations for water resource projects, dam designs, dam assessments, and reservoir operations Lead/develop preparation of reports and collect, assimilate, and present data in technical and non-technical reports. Individual should be able to work independently as well as plan, organize, and assist groups of medium to large teams of professionals and technicians. Assist with business development activities including client relations, marketing pursuits, and project proposals. Hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and software including experience with: HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, HEC-GeoHMS, HEC –GeoRAS, ArcGIS.
