We are actively looking for a Senior Water Resources Engineer to join our Baltimore office. As part of the Water Resources Group, the Sr. Water Resources Engineer prepares plans, specifications, and cost estimates in support of civil, drainage, and stormwater projects. They will serve as technical lead on projects and, as appropriate, oversee junior engineering staff on projects that include surface water hydrology & hydraulics, flood risk management, and estuarine/ coastal restoration and protection. Designs stormwater and drainage systems. This position also develops surface water hydraulic, hydrologic, and hydrodynamic modeling, performs engineering calculations to solve problems related to surface water and drainage. They will analyzes system flow, flood risk, and mitigation alternatives and are responsible for addressing local, state, and federal flood management regulations.
