Barr is seeking a water resources engineer to join our Minneapolis team. In this hybrid role, you will undertake challenging work on projects related to hydraulic and hydrologic analysis, civil engineering, and related technical activities. Additional responsibilities may include field assignments such as construction observation, surveying, and collecting hydrologic measurements. The work may involve short-term, out-of-town assignments. A successful person in this role will demonstrate strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite applications, strong written and oral presentation skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively as a part of a project team, and a flexible working style and willingness to occasionally modify their personal schedule as required to meet deadlines and/or client needs. Hybrid: a hybrid work arrangement may be considered for this position. A hybrid work arrangement refers to splitting time worked between a Barr office and a home office. This position is based out of Barr's Minneapolis, Minnesota, office. Work environment: ability to work in an office environment.
