About The Position

The Water Recycling Engineering Tech will support water recycling and treatment operations in a field-based environment. The position focuses on operational reliability, process management, and safety across water recycling facilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant field or industrial experience
• Technical degree with formal training in Process Engineering or related discipline.
• Associate degree is acceptable (Bachelor’s degree not required)
• Experience in chemical plants, refineries, or similar industrial environments
• Strong understanding of process operations and safety principles
• Willingness to work in field-based, hands-on operational roles
• Must meet conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR check, fit for duty and agility

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor water recycling facilities, including systems comparable to SWD operations
• Manage and support Frac Tanks and related surface equipment
• Perform and monitor chemical injection processes
• Support process management initiatives related to industrial engineering and safety
• Conduct field troubleshooting and operational support for mechanical and process systems
• Assist with preventive maintenance and operational optimization
• Participate in call-out rotation as required
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards
