About The Position

Why Join Our Team? - Competitive Pay with industry - Robust benefits package – health, dental, vision insurance, 401k match, and more - Paid Training, Paid Holidays, and PTO - On-going training & development, & growth opportunities - Work side-by-side with the BEST plumbers in the industry What You Will Do? - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve plumbing problems - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems - Specialize in the installation, maintenance, and repair of water treatment systems such as water softeners, filtration units, and reverse osmosis systems - Provide recommendations for water treatment solutions based on customer needs and water quality analysis - Work and maintain a relationship with customers to determine the best solution - Repair and/or replace plumbing, drains, and fixtures - Charge and collect payments for work performed - Document and log job in ServiceTitan (including pictures and description of work performed) - Maintain service vehicle and present a clean appearance What You Need: - A licensed Tradesman or higher (preferred) - To be technically proficient with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in water treatment systems - Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record - Must pass a motor vehicle, background check, and drug screen - Good communication and listening skills - Service Titan knowledge a plus - Customer-oriented; works well with customers - Open to learning new techniques and working with new plumbing technologies Champion Home Services an Equal Opportunity Employer With no salary cap, your effort determines your paycheck! Requirements

• To be technically proficient with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in water treatment systems
• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
• Must pass a motor vehicle, background check, and drug screen
• Good communication and listening skills
• Customer-oriented; works well with customers
• Open to learning new techniques and working with new plumbing technologies
