Requirements

• 1+ years of in-home sales experience required
• Strong communication, persuasion, and closing abilities
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently
• Ability to explain contracts and financing options to customers
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Engage with pre-qualified leads (7-15 per week) and schedule additional appointments during downtime at a major big-box retailer
• Conduct in-home water demonstrations, educating homeowners on the benefits of purified water
• Customize solutions to fit each customer's needs and budget
• Negotiate pricing and close sales with confidence
• Guide customers through the installation process for a seamless experience
• Stay involved with ongoing training and team collaboration to sharpen your skills and boost performance
