About The Position

As an In-Home Water Filtration Sales Specialist, your role will be to engage with homeowners through pre-scheduled appointments. You will perform water quality tests, conduct personalized product demonstrations, and guide customers toward the ideal water filtration system for their needs. Your goal is to educate, persuade, and close sales, ensuring homeowners feel confident in their decision to invest in cleaner, healthier water.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience (home, retail, or outside sales)
• Comfortable with in-home presentations and client consultations
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• A go-getter mindset—you know how to follow up and follow through
• Professional, coachable, and motivated to exceed goals
