About The Position

Delek US Holdings is a boutique-sized diversified downstream energy company with a range of assets, including petroleum refining and logistics. The company operates refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana with a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day, and a logistics business that owns and operates 720 miles of crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals. The position of Water Plant Operator III is within the Water Utility Operations Function, requiring a generalist or a combination of disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the continuous operation processing units to produce products.
• Tests product samples and analyzes specifications and controls to determine changes in equipment controls required to produce specified quantity and quality of product.
• Reports and submits operating logs.
• Moves and sets controls, such as knobs, valves, switches, levers, and index arms, on control panels to control process variables.
• Continue to improve on skills and knowledge to move up.
• Must successfully complete refresher training as required.
• Participate in all safety meetings and training.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
