About The Position

FUNCTION: Responsible for the preparation of all beverages served in the Swim up Bar and Smoothie Bar; maintains stock in all Bar areas; maintains cleanliness of all Bar and Storage areas and equipment; collects payment for orders; keeps back bar liquor displays and retail merchandise full, clean and attractive; keeps company assets and money secured, follows all the Sanitation and Liquor laws, doesn’t serve drinks to cabana servers without a chit slip.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a position of food service
• Must have math skills enough to make change, calculate percentages, process discounts, ring up bills and have good accountability for collection of goods and services
• Must be organized to be able to handle multiple tasks at once
• Must be proficient in detecting and reconciling errors
• Ability to stand and walk continuously
• Ability to lift trays, racks of glasses, cases of beer or beverages and other items of similar weight
• Ability to lift and carry tables and chairs
• Ability to work different schedules, long hours and attend meetings
• Ability to follow instructions
