Lead Water Mitigation Technician SERVPRO of Benton County Full Job Description Lead Restoration Technicians and Technician Helpers wanted A growing emergency property damage restoration company specializing in water, fire/smoke and mold remediation has an opening for a Lead Technician. Lead Technician responsibilities involve responding to emergency and non emergency restoration calls, customer service, contracts, game planning, estimating, gathering moisture points and recording, demolition tasks (tear out drywall, insulation, carpet, carpet pad), water extraction and setting equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.). Requirements

  • MUST HAVE clean driving record
  • Ability to work 40+ hours a week.
  • Previous experience in restoration for Lead Technicians
  • IICRC WTR certification for Lead Technicians will certify the right candidate after probation
  • No experience needed for technicians
  • Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Be part of a disaster response team for emergency services from water damage, fire damage and mold remediation.
  • Be customer focused.
  • Take damage assessments, moisture readings and able to run a crew.
  • Perform water extraction, remedial demolition and drying.
  • Must be willing to work outside of "regular" business hours if necessary.
  • Continue to improve technical knowledge and personal performance.
