Responsibilities

Extract standing water from commercial and residential properties.
Perform controlled demolition, including removing damaged drywall, flooring, and insulation.
Set up and monitor professional drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers).
Document the restoration process using industry software and moisture mapping tools.
Communicate clearly and empathetically with homeowners during stressful situations.
