Your responsibilities will include being available for communication during scheduled hours, maintaining a company-issued vehicle, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is updated in the MICA app. Additionally, you will be part of an on-call rotation, which requires you to be available 24/7 during your assigned shifts. In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with the Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently. You will need to interact with customers and insurance personnel regularly, providing updates and addressing any concerns they may have. The position requires a strong focus on customer service, as you will be the face of the company during critical times for clients experiencing water damage. Your ability to build relationships and deliver quality results will be essential to your success in this position.
