We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative who can build relationships, generate new business, and help more property owners get back to normal after disaster strikes.

Requirements

• Proven success in outside sales, B2B, or restoration industry
• Knowledge of insurance restoration, water mitigation, or construction (preferred)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience in water/fire restoration, HVAC, plumbing, or construction trades
• Comfortable networking with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and plumbers
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond quickly when needed (some emergency calls)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, plumbers, property managers, and contractors
• Generate and follow up on leads for water, mold, and fire restoration
• Conduct site visits and build trust with homeowners and commercial clients
• Manage customer relationships through the inspection-to-job-close process
• Represent the company at local networking and industry events
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue goals
