About The Position

SERVPRO Team Doyle is looking for a dependable, motivated Water Mitigation Crew Chief to join both our Scranton & Allentown Teams. This position is perfect for someone with 1–3 years of water mitigation or restoration experience who’s ready to take the next step toward becoming a Production Manager in the future. Requirements

1–3 years of experience in water mitigation, restoration, or related field (construction, cleaning, property repair, etc.).
Strong work ethic and a desire to grow within the SERVPRO organization.
Team player who takes pride in their work and provides great customer service.
Ability to work flexible hours during on-call weeks.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

IICRC WRT certification a plus (but not required).

Responsibilities

Lead a small crew in water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from start to finish.
Set up, monitor, and document drying systems and dehumidification equipment.
Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and supervisors to ensure excellent service and job quality.
Complete required paperwork and documentation using SERVPRO systems and apps.
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergency response.
Assist the Production Manager and learn key responsibilities to prepare for future leadership roles.
