About The Position

Roto-Rooter Services Company has an exciting opening for a water-jetting expert to service commercial and residential customers at our Baltimore branch located in Elkridge, MD. The average yearly salary for this position at this branch is $100,000-$125,000.

Requirements

• For branches using a pull-behind jet machine, a DOT license will be required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Individuals must be able to speak and write in English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Great people skills, proven sales experience, mechanically inclined, and a proven problem solver.
• Ability to grasp, push, and pull hose, squat, bend, and twist to safely and effectively operate the water jetting system.
• Manual dexterity to use basic tools such as screwdriver, wrench, hammer.

Responsibilities

• Service current customers to resolve their most challenging drain cleaning and preventive maintenance issues by utilizing high pressure water jetting equipment.
• Perform line locating, provide repair estimates, and perform the service.
• Help build the commercial customer base by visiting target customers to offer preventative maintenance agreements.
• Drive truck and control movement and operation of water jetting system.
• Document and compute weekly receipts, invoices, and expenses with the branch accounting personnel.
• Maintain truck by recharging batteries, filling fuel tank and cleaning vehicle parts and equipment.
