About The Position

Fabreeka, a Stabilus owned company, is located in Stoughton, MA. Fabreeka brings nearly a century of experience providing vibration isolation and shock control solutions for customers worldwide. We are looking for a qualified candidate who can work on either 1st shift or 2nd Shift. The position involves operating a waterjet to manufacture quality products based on work orders and drawings within planned time. Occasionally, the candidate may also be asked to operate other manufacturing equipment including presses, guillotines, clickers, scales, and measuring equipment. This position is open for first or second shift.

Requirements

• Experience operating and maintaining waterjets.
• Experience drawing on waterjet software and laying jobs out.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing waterjets.
• Experience using measuring equipment such as tape measurers and scales.
• Effective communication skills.
• Patience and self-confidence.
• Good judgement and decision making.
• Flexible with production work and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operating waterjet and producing parts with the right quality and on time.
• Drawing basic parts and laying out jobs on waterjet software.
• Troubleshooting waterjets machines and replacing wear parts as needed.
• Perform first article inspection and inspect finished products for quality and quantity.
• Keep work area clean.
• Maintain routine maintenance schedule of equipment.
• Flexible to move to different departments within manufacturing if needed.
