We are a busy & expanding water heater installation company looking for 1 to 2 new Technician Trainees that have pride in their workmanship, strive to be the best, and give our customers first-rate customer service. The average salary for Technicians is $80 to $90K per year. Pay: $25-$27 DOE. Earn BONUSES after out of Training! [First year average is $80 to $85K] Our Benefits : We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, a 401K matching program, 6 paid holidays, and paid time off. With this role, we provide a company truck, gas card, uniforms, and a phone. Our service area for this position is all over Southern WA Counties from Renton to Tacoma. This position will train in and around the Auburn, WA area. Interested candidates should live within a 25 to 35-minute commute of Auburn. Candidates should also have a safe place to park our company truck during off-hours. Will perform background checks and drug screening with an offer of employment. Requirements
- "Mechanically inclined" with 1+ years of experience (or apprenticeship) in the areas of Plumbing; any HVAC, Electrician, Car Mechanics, or general Maintenance experience helpful; military-experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
- Willingness to train, learn and keep up to date on the Plumbing Business
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work a rotational weekend schedule (2 x's a month)
