If winter has you thinking about new beginnings, here’s one worth jumping on. Fast Home Services is adding a new water heater technician to our Bay Area team starting in early February. Step into a role where you can become a certified plumber earning $80K+ a year , with zero limits on how much more you can make. We at Fast Home Services are on the lookout for a motivated team player to join our growing Water Heater Technician crew that will service Bay-area by the third week of December. This is your opportunity to become an expert with all thing Water Heaters AND be earning $85K + per year (Did we mention with unlimited earning potential with NO CAP on earnings?) TRAINING PAY SCALE: $22 to $25/hr DOE ; EARN BONUSES After Training - First-year salary expectations are typically between $80 to $90K . We have NO CAP on the salary you can earn per year. Work hard, get paid! Our service area is all over the BAY area from Santa Rosa to South San Jose to Richmond area. These positions will train in and around the XXX, CA area. Requirements
- Must have 1+ years of experience (or apprenticeship) in the areas of Plumbing or HVAC
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills - ability to read, write, and speak with our customers
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Accurately track repairs and work completed into a database [we use Service Titan] - including submitting required documents & photos, and taking customer payments
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record [Must be at least 25 yrs, driving 2 years + insurable record]
- Participate in ongoing training opportunities and team meetings to support continuous professional development
