Our technicians are fully trained, IICRC-certified, and committed to doing the job right. We are looking for a dependable, motivated Water Damage Technician to join our team in Tyler, TX and the surrounding areas. This is a hands-on role involving demolition, water extraction, and equipment setup. Paid training is available for the right candidate—so whether you bring prior experience in construction/demolition or are ready to learn a new trade, this could be a great fit.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Must maintain a valid Driver’s License & maintain a good driving record
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted, and helping maneuver up to 75 lbs with equipment or team assistance
Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawlspaces, attics, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and time management
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

Background in demolition or construction preferred
IICRC WRT certification a plus (not required—training available)

Responsibilities

Assist with water damage mitigation, including water extraction and structural drying
Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers
Perform demolition and removal of water-damaged materials
Document job progress with moisture readings, photos, and written notes
Maintain a clean and organized job site and company vehicle
Complete required forms and checklists accurately
Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
