Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification using industry-leading equipment and techniques. Remove damaged materials, including carpet, drywall, and insulation. Conduct thorough inspections to identify hidden moisture and ensure complete drying. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients throughout the restoration process. Requirements

Previous experience in water damage restoration or a related field preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Availability for on-call rotation and occasional overtime as needed.
