About The Position

Restoration 1 is a fun, family-oriented, and hard-working team that helps homeowners after disaster strikes. The Restoration Technician role involves the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities for fire and water damage.

Requirements

• IICRC certification preferred but not required
• Experience in cleaning/restoration
• Experience serving commercial properties
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma/GED
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more

Responsibilities

• Assist in repairing homes that have suffered damage from water or fire
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
• Keep job sites clean and orderly
