General description of main/primary duties and responsibilities of the job, aptitude, level of complexity, span of control, autonomy, decision making and judgement. Under general supervision, this position will: Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction and operation of water transfer systems used to support hydraulic fracturing. Collaborate with centralized water transfer control room to support remote water transfer operations. Coordinate and monitor third (3rd) party contractors to ensure operations are performed safely, on schedule and within budget, and that environmental permits and regulatory policies are followed. Coordinate and oversee the mobilization and deployment of mobile/temporary water facilities such as pumps, meter boxes, manifolds, etc. Assess and monitor pipeline pigging and hydro-testing operations to ensure safety requirements and engineering guidance are properly implemented. Develop and execute routine water system maintenance schedules and collaborate with system inspectors to quickly address issues as they are discovered. Collaborate with Operations Management and Engineering team members to develop best field solutions for water system improvement. Recommend new and/or improved practices to optimize system and team performance. Support Trucking/Dispatch personnel to monitor and supervise the hauling of fresh, treated and flowback water. Perform other duties as assigned.
