About The Position

We are searching for a motivated Water Conditioning CSR to join our team and establish relationships with customers by answering their inquiries and scheduling sales and service appointments. A successful Water Conditioning Team Member will possess a great attitude and a servant’s heart. We believe that the customer service aspect of your role is essential, and we will provide a great deal of on-site training in this area. Your professional demeanor and attitude also play a tremendous part in the fit that you will be on the team. We are looking for a team member who can work within the team and take initiative independently of direct supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Customer communication: Connect with customers on the phone, in-store, or electronically to understand and resolve their water treatment needs.
  • Coordinate In-Home Water Tests: Answer basic water treatment questions & schedule in-home water testing appointments.
  • Schedule Service Appointments: Schedule service technicians to repair water systems and provide routine maintenance.
  • Help Customers with Water Treatment Supplies: Assist customers by selling them the treatment supplies they need for their systems.
  • Collaborate with team: Work closely with other customer service representatives, sales team members, and technicians.
