About The Position

As a Water Blaster, you are part of Best People working as a team operating high pressure water blasting equipment. Utilizing our Best Systems, you complete your task work independently with minimal supervision. You identify potential issues and report those to your Group Leader; together you develop timely solutions to resolve potential issues. You achieve Best Results by embracing our team and contributing your knowledge and experience. Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and bend throughout the shift.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to hold and operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in hot and damp environments, wear heavy PPE, climb stairs, push equipment, and stand/walk for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Operate high pressure water blasting equipment.
• Complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Identify potential issues and report them to the Group Leader.
• Develop timely solutions to resolve potential issues.
• Contribute knowledge and experience to the team.
