About The Position

Halff has a position open for a Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager, with the intention of transitioning to a Team Leader within 6-12 months, in our Jacksonville, FL location. Halff is an Employee-Owned Firm, and all employees are eligible for ownership, through the ESOP program, as well as having the opportunity to purchase stock in the firm. This position requires strong design experience and technical background working with public utilities, districts, and authorities. Requirements

• Strong design experience and technical background in public utilities, districts, and authorities.
• Experience managing multiple multi-discipline project teams.
• Ability to coordinate with clients and lead project delivery.
• Experience in managing personnel, budgets, schedules, and sub consultants.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple multi-discipline project teams.
• Coordinate with clients and lead project delivery on Water and Wastewater Infrastructure projects.
• Manage personnel, budgets, schedules, sub consultants, and client interaction.
• Assist the region's business development activities including proposal preparations and client presentations.
• Contribute to assisting Directors in developing the careers of the employees on their team.
