About The Position

Seeking a dynamic Water Aerobics Instructor to lead engaging water exercise classes. This role focuses on instructing participants using proper form and technique to promote fitness in a fun and supportive environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Ability to work evenings & Mondays
• Current certification in aerobics and/or water aerobics, or prior experience leading water aerobics classes
• CPR/AED/Oxygen Administration certification preferred
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, abilities, and perspectives
• A natural ability to build rapport and inspire others
• Commitment to upholding the YMCA's core values
• Pass a 10-panel drug screen
• Clear a Level 2 background check

Nice To Haves

• CPR/AED/Oxygen Administration certification preferred
