YOUR MISSION: Perform the assembly, adjustment and casing up of movements by applying the operating ranges using equipment, machines or tools in accordance with quality, time and safety requirements. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? Lead, coach, and train multiple integrated teams on Agile, Lean, and Scrum principles, enhancing collaboration, innovation, adaptability, and flexibility to achieve peak performance. Develop a comprehensive understanding of external developments and emerging issues, assessing their impact and utility for the organization. Manage project delivery within professional expertise, ensuring intended outcomes through appropriate project management methodologies. Engage stakeholders effectively to identify and address their needs and concerns. Provide expert advice on policy interpretation and application, resolving complex queries and enabling informed actions. Formulate digital strategies to enhance organizational responsiveness to customer needs and evolving business requirements. Identify and address individual development needs within the team, implementing actions to build capabilities and providing training or coaching to improve performance and potential. Lead Scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles, and facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution to optimize team delivery on small projects. Plan and replan software releases for medium-sized projects to ensure timely updates and early benefit realization. Review and reprioritize project backlogs to reduce costs and maximize business value. Execute elements of the digital roadmap using agile and design-thinking principles for sustainable implementation. Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, developing and implementing solutions as necessary. Proactively manage project resources, costs, and forecasts, presenting variances with narratives at review points to ensure effective utilization. Participate in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching to enhance personal capabilities and maintain professional accreditation. Stay informed on technology, regulations, and industry best practices through continuous education and engagement with specialist media. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level required. Experience in handling various situations and advising others is essential. General supervision experience of junior colleagues is necessary. HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
