About The Position

Conduct routine inspections/monitoring/maintaining various Hotel systems including HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical/Refrigeration/Chillers. Quickly respond to/address issues such as power outages/plumbing leasks or equipment malfunctions – minimizing disruption to Hotel Operations. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities/work orders/equipment inspections. Adhering to all safety regulations/procedures relating to equipment operation/maintenance. Troubleshooting/diagnosing and repairing mechanical/electrical/plumbing issues –at times working independently. Performing minor repairs/installations/renovations as needed –including plumbing/electrical. Coordinate with other departments or contractors as needed. Implementing energy-saving practices/monitoring utility consumption to reduce costs/environmental impact. Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently. Ability to perform tasks that require physical exertion. Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements

  • Requiring several years of experience in a related field, such as building maintenance or engineering.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and superiors.
  • Always providing exceptional service to all and addressing requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting to work on time and always following Hotel’s guidelines.
