Primary Responsibilities: HDR is currently seeking a Wastewater Treatment Business Class Leader to support HDR's Water Business Group Manager, Wastewater Market Sector Lead, and Client Development Lead activities in Nebraska and Iowa, including managing people and technical implementation of the wastewater treatment projects. The Business Class Lead will be responsible for personnel management including performance reviews, salary adjustments, staff selection, development and morale; identifying, obtaining and assigning appropriate resources to projects to meet budget, schedule and scope requirements; quality control; and supporting pursuits and opportunities with new and existing clients. The successful candidate will demonstrate an outgoing personality with strong people and organizational skills, with a wide variety of project types and experience with multiple clients. As the Wastewater Treatment Business Class Lead (BCL) you will interface with regional and national technology leaders to advance local capabilities. Specifically, you will support project teams to pursue and complete wastewater projects including planning, permitting, engineering design, and construction phase engineering services.
