Xylem is looking for a Wastewater Technician to report to our Bartow, FL location and service our on-site equipment.

Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• One year of work experience preferred.
• 0-2 years technical experience preferred - industrial or commercial process water experience a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including the ability to utilize smart devices.
• Ability to work in a high customer facing position.
• Ability to identify and remedy potential safety concerns.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Previous technical/mechanical/plumbing experience.

Responsibilities

• Installation, service, and maintenance of water purification equipment.
• Participate in equipment specific training.
• Work on a swing shift either 7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM.
• Engage in overtime opportunities and a compensated on-call rotation.
