The Wastewater Supervisor will work with the Director of Operations to develop a continuous improvement plan and develop new hires with hands-on training and through training/certification in our HRIS system (Paycom). The ideal candidate has analytical and critical thinking abilities and can evaluate and interpret information and procedures to make timely decisions while functioning in a fast-paced, changing work environment. You must possess organizational skills to meet deadlines and assist staff in multi-research studies and work in areas where chemical-based allergens may be in use. You will be responsible for treating waste from processes and chemical waste, chemical analysis of tank compositions, filtration and changing chemicals or solutions in the chemical tanks, neutralizing solids from the chemical tanks, and maintaining the chemical tanks and the waste treatment area.
