About The Position

Wastewater Project Manager Location : Houston, TX Build Legacy. Lead with Integrity. Grow with Purpose. We are actively seeking an experienced Wastewater Project Manager to join our Infrastructure group. This is an exciting opportunity for a career-minded individual with high standards of quality and a commitment to the continued growth of our Texas operations. Our projects include the renovation and new construction of water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, storage reservoirs/retention basins, water transmission facilities, and wastewater conveyance systems. Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in wastewater construction is required
  • Mechanical experience is required
  • Highly organized with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction terminology, scheduling, and planning concepts
  • Strong leadership qualities and proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software (Procore) is required

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with clients
  • Develop, modify, and provide input to project plans
  • Implement project plans to achieve objectives and deliverables
  • Coordinate and integrate all project activities to ensure timely execution
  • Lead and manage project resources effectively, including team members and subcontractors
  • Monitor project activities and resources proactively to identify risks and course-correct as needed
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle
  • Solve problems and take corrective action when issues arise, ensuring project milestones are met
  • Participate in phase, milestone, and final project reviews
  • Manage project documentation to meet required standards and procedures
  • Develop, maintain, and track project budgets and performance
  • Proactively ensure that all project submittals are delivered on time and properly tracked
  • Maintain accurate internal and external project reporting
  • Ensure all contractual requirements and deliverables are met and fulfilled
